Shipping

We ship all US orders from our fulfillment center within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $35.
Orders under $35 are charged a flat $4.95 shipping fee.
Tracking is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
International shipping available to select countries at checkout (duties/taxes may apply).

Subscriptions

If you chose Subscribe & Save, your reorder ships automatically on your selected schedule (every 30, 45, or 60 days) at 15% off. You can pause, skip, change frequency, or cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us — no fees, no commitment.

We stand behind OVAHANG. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 60 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund — you don't even need to return the bottle.

How to request a refund or return

Email support@ovahang.com with your order number and we'll take care of it within 1–2 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item

If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to support@ovahang.com within 14 days and we'll ship a replacement right away.
